Editorial Policy

    Our Sources of Truth

Baby Billboard Charts rankings are built on the public U.S. Social Security Administration baby-name dataset. Cross-gender combined rankings use the latest year's birth counts directly; single-gender rankings use the SSA's official position. We do not invent or inflate ranking data.

    Editorial Research & Review

The descriptive content on name pages — meanings, origins, personality traits, similar names, numerology, zodiac profiles, fun facts, and blog articles — is prepared with official datasets, reference material, research tools, and human editorial review before publication.

Each detailed page carries a content note so readers know where the ranking data comes from and how to request a correction.

    What We Won't Publish

    • Names or content that disparage individuals or groups.
    • Medical, legal, or financial advice. We're a naming site, not a doctor.
    • Affiliate recommendations for products we wouldn't suggest to a friend.
    • Sponsored content disguised as editorial.

    Corrections

Found a factual error? Email corrections@babybillboardcharts.com with the page URL and the correction. We review every report and update or remove inaccurate content. Substantive corrections are dated on the affected page.

    Advertising & Affiliates

We accept display advertising (currently Google AdSense) and participate in affiliate programs. Advertisers have no influence over editorial content or rankings. Sponsored items are always labeled "Sponsored" or "Advertisement." See our Privacy Policy for how ads use cookies.

    Updates to This Policy

We revise this policy as our process evolves. Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
